Free Shipping! We pay the shipping on all orders, large or small! We
ship USPS Priority Mail. At the present time we only ship to the lower
48 states. We do not ship to PO, or APO addresses; you
must provide a street address. No orders are shipped C.O.D.
Chocolate
Gourmet Candy cannot be held responsible for delivery when we are not
provided with a complete and accurate address. Therefore, please check
the ship to addresses before you finish placing your order. Make sure
it is a
correct postal delivery address, including the appropriate suite or apartment number.
Also
we are not responsible for damaged or melted chocolates if you (or the
recipient of a gift) are not present at the time of delivery, and
damage occurs as a result of delay in claiming the package.

Return/Refunds Policy
Because chocolates are edible food items they are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, if your chocolates arrive damaged during shipment, please let us know.
We try to ship all orders as soon as possible, so often there is not time to cancel an order. We will try to accommodate your request to cancel an order, within the first 24 hours. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order after it has been shipped.
